September WPC Meeting
Marry at the Mansion…where old fashioned elegance meets modern convenience. Our 1905 Federal Style sandstone mansion with oversized wood paneled rooms and sunny solariums is perfect for intimate gatherings. Or, celebrate your special day with hundreds of your closest friends and relatives in the lodge-like atmosphere of our wood and stone field house that can be dressed up or down to suit your style. For outdoor events, the historic estate offers our restored formal garden, extensive patios, and acres of lawn nestled between green rolling hills. Consider a ceremony overlooking the 30 acre Great Lawn on the Mansion’s expansive front porch where visiting presidents and movie stars once sipped lemonade.
A representative from Homestead Brewing Company will be on-site to walk us through their brewing process and giving us an opportunity to taste a few different selections.
The Berwick will be providing delicious food for the evening.

Customer Service: Does It Still Exist or Is It All Just Robots?
Harvard Business Review has demonstrated that customers are willing to pay more for products and services with businesses who have faster response time. How are we supposed to be able to provide faster service, and a better experience, with today’s shortage of talent, disruption with social and mobile channels, and highly empowered consumers who are quickly becoming more selective?
Maybe robots will be here to save the day! Probably not.
We will take a look at the things you need to know that will transform your customer experience as a business owner. We will provide you insights from what we’re doing with clients today to help them grow the value of their business. And we share our actionable insights about what you should measure to deliver a better experience and grow the value of your business.
September’s spotlight speaker is Savannah Hottinger with COSI.
